Asia-Relax Guidelines

Please observe the following guidelines to make your stay in Asia-Relax most agreeable.

Arriving at your recreation boutique

The door closes behind you and the bustling city disappears. It may take some minutes until you really arrive in your recreation boutique and switch to spa mode (switching off the mobile helps). Therefore it is best you come about 5 minutes before your appointment.

Too late!

Sometimes something unexpected happens - you come too late to your massage. Please understand that your massage duration will be shortened according to the time of delay. The next appointments are already fixed. The client after you also estimates a carefully prepared and relaxed massage.

Unfortunately you cannot come

Then we are looking forward to welcome you next time! Please don't forget to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Treatments that are not cancelled or that are cancelled too shortly in advance will be fully charged to you. Thank you for your understanding.
